The preparation time varies depending on the temperature of the heat source and the quantity of water.  A unique taste thanks to the percolator principleWhen heated up, the water rises to the top through a small tube thanks to the ingenious percolator principle. A round filter for coffee powder is placed on the top of the tube. The hot water is pushed upwards, over the coffee powder and flows back down to the pot, as if through a sieve. It then mixes with the water and rises again. The longer the water circulates, the stronger the tea or coffee becomes. This unique principle releases the finest tee and coffee flavours.
